Collection of Personally Identifiable Information of SiteOlytics Customers; purposes of information collection; use of Personally Identifiable Information by SiteOlytics.

SiteOlytics collects the personal information of SiteOlytics Customers (“Personally Identifiable Information”). Personally Identifiable Information is information about a Customer that is provided by the Customer to SiteOlytics in order to subscribe to the SiteOlytics Web site and includes things such as the Customer’s name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address(es), etc. SiteOlytics collects this information for its sole use in operating the SiteOlytics Web site. As a Customer, if you have subscribed to the SiteOlytics Web site, you have voluntarily agreed to the collection and use of your Personally Identifiable Information by SiteOlytics. SiteOlytics may share your personal information with the businesses that it uses to assist it in analyzing its business and in providing better service to its Customers. However, SiteOlytics will not sell your information to third parties. SiteOlytics may also use Customer information to contact Customers about services on its Web site for which the Customer has expressed interest.

Use of cookies by SiteOlytics.

SiteOlytics uses cookies to collect information about how the SiteOlytics Web site is used. A “cookie” is data transmitted to a computer by a Web site server that records a computer user’s actions on the Web site. So, when a computer user visits the same Web site after being sent the cookie, the Web site that is revisited will recognize the computer user as a prior user and remember their preferences.

The information that you upload to the SiteOlytics Web site is not disclosed to third parties. SiteOlytics will restrict access to a Customer’s Personally Identifiable Information to employees who need access to the information in order to do their jobs.

While SiteOlytics endeavors to protect the privacy of its Customers, the Personally Identifiable Information of its Customers and/or Customer information maintained on the SiteOlytics Web site, may be disclosed by SiteOlytics, when required by law, or if a court order or legal process is served on SiteOlytics requesting such information.
